A Journey from Within

For as long as I can remember, I was drawn to experiences that connect people—to each other, to their environment, and most importantly, to themselves. But my real journey began in Varanasi, a city known for its spiritual heartbeat. Despite being surrounded by sacred rhythms, I often felt overwhelmed and disconnected within. Like many, I searched for peace outside—until I discovered the healing power of looking inward.

Yoga found me during a period of emotional uncertainty. What started as a physical practice soon became my refuge—a space where I could breathe, move, and rediscover my inner strength. I didn’t just learn how to teach yoga; I learned how to live it. Through my education in Yogic Science, Reiki, and traditional wellness practices, I began to heal, transform, and eventually, guide others.

My path led me to the Maldives, where I merged my love for hospitality with my passion for wellness. Whether teaching yoga on the beach under the morning sun, creating retreat experiences that inspire transformation, or mentoring teams to deliver heartfelt service, I found purpose in helping others reconnect with their own stillness.

There were challenges, of course—adapting to new cultures, leading teams through busy seasons, and balancing service with authenticity. But each obstacle became a stepping stone, shaping the leader and healer I am today.

From the ghats of Varanasi to the shores of the Indian Ocean, my journey has always been about connection—heart to heart, soul to soul. I don’t just guide yoga sessions; I hold space for people to remember who they are.

This path isn’t just my career—it’s my calling. And I walk it with gratitude, humility, and an open heart.

My Approach

“I believe yoga is not about touching your toes—it’s about what you learn on the way down.”

Teaching Style

My teaching style is rooted in mindfulness and presence. Each session is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and move with intention. I guide gently and intuitively, honoring traditional yogic wisdom while creating space for modern-day stillness.

Classes are crafted with care—combining mindful movement, conscious breath, and deep rest. Whether it’s a dynamic flow or a restorative pause, I strive to offer balance between strength and softness, effort and ease.

More than alignment or flexibility, my focus is on how a practice feels—not how it looks. I encourage students to meet themselves where they are, without judgment, and to move from a place of compassion and curiosity.

Above all, I hold space where people can reconnect with their inner voice, rediscover joy in the body, and find peace in simply being.
